Repair – Timely machine repair service minimizing down time. Repair at a fraction of OEM costs.

Scraping & Alignment – Services including ball screw and way installation.

Rebuild – Economical process to bring new and continued use of existing machines. Low cost mechanical and control options.

Retrofit – CNC and PLC upgrades on existing machines for safety, efficiency, productivity, and quality of operations.

Facility Maintenance & Upgrades – Coolant systems, air compressor systems, electrical control systems, cooling tower maintenance. Whether performing basic building maintenance or upgrades like air lines and electrical to exhaust fans and jib installation, we can do it all to get your project completed.

Grinding – We can service any precision grinder. We specialize in centerless, IO/OD, centertype, double disc and roll grinders. We can do repairs as well as complete rebuilds including spindles, headstocks, slide stacks and dresser units.

Preventive Maintenance – We offer a wide variety of options from complete visual posters with daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks for use in house or we can create and fully maintain a maintenance plan tailored to your specific machine needs. We also can provide visual safety posters for MIOSHA compliance.

Other Services – We have the capabilities for machine qualifications, infrastructure changes, consulting work, filter press and machine installation. Additionally, we do consultation work, 3 ^rd party inspections, and safety services.

ROMI Sales & Service – We are an authorized sales partner of ROMI machines, equipment and parts. In addition, we can provide service for your downed ROMI equipment.
